River of Life is a four-day local mission trip that has been hosted by LMC since 1991. Instead of traveling around the world to serve the Lord, you can do it right here. We specialize in helping local people and seeing lives changed for the Glory of God.
Each summer teenagers from Lincoln County and the CSRA come together to paint homes, build porches and ramps, and clean yards for those in need. They are the hands and feet of Christ to their friends and neighbors, expressing their faith through acts of love.
There are many stories of lives being changed by what happens at River of Life. Volunteers think they are coming to help others, but they leave with a new relationship with Christ, and a strong bond with new friends.
The theme of River of Life is based on Galations 5:6, "What is important is faith expressing itself in love."
River of Life is coming again in the summer of 2026! Sign-up forms are available in the church office or you can download it and other important information below. Adult leaders are also needed. Stay tuned on this page for more updated content regarding River of Life 2026.
Adult $85/ Youth $130 ... Scholarships may be available.

This year at River of Life, we hosted an ROL Jr. program for our elementary aged children. They planted flowers, painted rocks, helped with painting and yard clean up, and visited with home owners. They were learning to be the hands and feet of Jesus and service first hand!
These kids weren't the only thing at work during this 2024 River of Life. God was also working helping shape young people's lives for His Kingdom by doing acts of service for others in the Lincoln County Community.
