As Methodists, we started meeting in the early 1800's sharing the old Union House with other local denominations in our community. In 1915, the first building that housed Lincolnton Methodist was completed.
In September of 2015, we celebrated 100 years of ministry in our current location. God has greatly blessed the work of the church in our commuity.
We take seriously God's command to be His heart, His hands, and His feet to a broken world. Through the passion of our members to be in service on behalf of the Kingdom, much continues to be done to minister to our community. Through our Master's Closet Clothing Store, Youth Ministry, Club Christ Children's Ministry, and River of Life, this church strives to fulfill the admonition of Christ to feed the hungry, cloth the naked, and be a blessing to those in need.
Vital worship takes place each Sunday during our 11am worship service. Important Bible study happens each Sunday during Sunday at 10am, providing truth and wisdom to those who are seeking it for their lives.
For over 200 years, Lincolnton Methodist Church has been faithful to the gospel. We look forward to the next century with joy and excitement as we continue ministry in the name of Christ!

Rev. Mike Gudka is an ordained Elder with the Global Methodist Church. He has over 18 years experience in the ministry field and 20 years experience in the secular world. He is passionate about sharing the Gospel with others and teaching from the Bible. He is also a Christian counselor and can help you individually with the challenges you may face.
